Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on your return policy.
You may return your items for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
After the return process is completed, our service may stop protecting your server(s) at any time.
If the reason for return is "not satisfied", you will not be able to purchase our items again. We maintain a database of returned orders. The database stores information such as licensed IP addresses, IP ranges around the licensed IP addresses, websites associated with the licensed IP addresses, etc. We do cancel new orders placed by customers listed in the returned order database.
To return an item, please email [email protected] and include your order ID and reason for return.
After receiving your return request, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Because we are required to pay a retailer transaction fee and we take time to process returns, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
